Now this new rumour we could well believe… After her shock departure from The X Factor, apparently the BBC is keen to sign up Dannii Minogue for a brand new Saturday night singing show. X Factor fans have been in uproar since it was announced that Dannii is “unable” to take part in the show this summer, so it would be a very shrewd move to hire her. A source has told The Sun that there are plans for Dannii to join a UK version of The Voice, the US talent show that sees wannabe singers judged purely on their vocals by Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Adam Levine.
It really could be the perfect job switch for Dannii, says the source, “Bosses really want Dannii, as she was hugely popular on the X Factor and really knows her stuff. She mentored Matt Cardle to the crown last year and is really good with contestants. She would be great on The Voice.”
Fingers crossed this happens, Saturday nights won’t be the same without Dannii’s frocks and hair dos.
